Becoming a Movemental Leader

Is your goal more churches or more campuses of your church?

What's the difference between more churches and more campuses?

How do I change my thinking (and my church culture) to think critically about these questions?

Where do I even start?

You'll answer these questions and more when you sign up for Becoming a Movemental Leader, where we coach leaders on how to become a reproducing church, helping you to move out of an addition mindset (bigger and better) into a multiplication mindset (church-planting and disciple-making).

Why is this mindset shift so important?

Addition is not bad, but is it the most effective? It adds more services, more campuses and more programs. And yes, it impacts the kingdom and lives are changed through this model.

But it's not actually the model displayed in Scripture. That model is
multiplication. Multiplication, well, multiplies at every level. We accomplish this model through apprenticing, training and deploying.

What to expect:

In the Multiplication Training, we will assess your systems and structures to see what is needed to move from addition to multiplication. We will then show you what shifts are necessary to accomplish the goal of multiplication in your church.

What this training looks like:

There are three options for execution of the X2 Multiplication Training.

The Most Effective. In person visit(s).

  • Initial assessment completed via zoom calls, allowing us to identify what needs to shift in order to move to multiplication
  • On-site visit, where we'll do a visual and practical assessment
  • During this time, we'll work with you and your decision makers to start implementing the changes discussed
  • Continued coaching through the changes for a predetermined length of time

More Effective. Zoom coaching

  • Initial assessment completed via zoom calls
  • Complete a virtual walk through of your space for a visual and practical assessment, allowing us to identify what needs to shift in order to move to multiplication.
  • Ongoing zoom calls in which we'll work with you and your decision makers to start implementing the changes discussed
  • Continued coaching through the changes for a predetermined length of time

Effective.
Zoom coaching through the principals

  • This process will take you through everything in option 2, without additional implementation coaching
  • Zoom calls in which we walk you through the principles of multiplication, leaving you to implement and walk through challenges on your own
  • This is certainly an effective way to implement change. However, being coached by people who have transitioned from addition to multiplication is far more effective and efficient for lasting change

The End Result

No matter the tier you choose, you'll leave with an action plan that is contextualized for your church and context specifically, allowing you to start making changes immediately.
